We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products.
Due to handmade variations in color and size, slight differences may occur, and therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on these reasons.
Returning Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Return: Include an unpackaging video with your notification.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days upon approval.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
